1. General Provisions

1.1 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs processing by Bitcloudpay ("Website", "we", "us") of information, including personal data, relating to the data subjects ("you", "User") of the https://bitcloudpay.com/ website. This Policy applies to the Website and Services offered by us.

1.2 Bitcloudpay is a Website of the company Hamervate Ltd. registered in Cyprus.

2.1 By accessing and using the Website or our Services, you agree that you have read, understood and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy. 4.2 Website follows the above indicated principles strictly during the processing of your personal data and request the same from the data processors which it may use to process personal data on behalf of the Company.

5.1 “Personally Identifiable Information” (hereinafter: “Personal Data”) is any information that can be directly associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. A prime example of identifiable information is a person’s name.

6.1 There are two types of data subjects whose personal data we may process:

6.1.2 Merchants that sign up for our Services;

6.1.3 Your customers that are cardholders that have made payments using credit card;

6.2 Merchants: When opening an account, we may collect the following types of Personal Data of the beneficial owner or any user that is added to the account:

6.2.1. Name

6.2.2 Email address

6.2.3 Date of birth

6.2.4 Identification documents (such as a passport or driver’s license)

6.3 Cardholders: When a user signs up for Visa/Mastercard, the following information is collected as part of the onboarding program:

6.3.1 Name

6.3.2 IP address

6.3.3 Email address

7. Why we collect personal information

7.1 Our primary purpose for collecting Personal Data is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience.

7.2 We may use Personal Data to:

7.2.1 comply with applicable laws and regulations;

7.2.2 provide the Website Services and customer support you request;

9. How Your Personal Information is used

9.1 The primary purpose for collecting your Information is to provide you with the best possible user experience and Services and to safeguard the security and stability of our systems. In general, we use Information to create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our Services, content and marketing, to comply with our legal obligations, for anti-fraud purposes and for loss prevention. 9.1 to provide, maintain, deliver or improve the Website or our Services;

11. Retention Period of Data

11.1 Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in any country in Cyprus. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations or to resolve disputes. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things such as the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, we may retain certain information for accounting and security purposes even after our business relationship with you has ceased.

12. Rights You Have with Respect to Your Personal Information
