1.2 Bitcloudpay is a Website of the company Hamervate Ltd. registered in Cyprus.

6.1 There are two types of data subjects whose personal data we may process:

6.1.2 Merchants that sign up for our Services;

6.1.3 Your customers that are cardholders that have made payments using credit card;

6.2 Merchants: When opening an account, we may collect the following types of Personal Data of the beneficial owner or any user that is added to the account:

6.2.1. Name

6.2.2 Email address

6.2.3 Date of birth

6.2.4 Identification documents (such as a passport or driver’s license)

6.3 Cardholders: When a user signs up for Visa/Mastercard, the following information is collected as part of the onboarding program:

6.3.1 Name

6.3.2 IP address

6.3.3 Email address

7. Why we collect personal information

7.1 Our primary purpose for collecting Personal Data is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience.

11.1 Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in any country in Cyprus. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations or to resolve disputes. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things such as the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, we may retain certain information for accounting and security purposes even after our business relationship with you has ceased.
